Our Commitment to Fair and Transparent Refunds
At Quranest World Institute, we want every student to be satisfied with our teaching. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request them, and how long they take to process.
1. Free Trial Class
We offer one free trial class per new student with no obligation. No payment is required for the trial class, so no refund applies.
2. Monthly Fee Refunds
Fees are charged monthly in advance. If you decide not to continue after making a payment, the following applies:
- Before the first class of the month: Full refund of the monthly fee.
- Within the first week: Partial refund based on remaining unused classes.
- After the first week: No refund for that month.
Refunds are calculated based on the number of unused classes in the month.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of payment. Include:
- Student's full name
- Date of payment
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be sent using the same payment method used for the original payment.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take an additional few days to appear in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Classes missed by the student without prior notice.
- Requests made more than 7 days after payment.
- Changes of mind after the first week of classes.
- Termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
6. Eid Holidays and Public Holidays
Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha are considered public holidays. There are no make-up classes, refunds, or discounts offered for these holidays.
7. Holding a Month
If you have paid one month's fee in advance and have given prior notice to hold that month, the paid fee will be carried over to the next month only.
8. Securing a Teacher or Time Slot After a Break
If you want to secure the exact same teacher and time slot upon returning from a break of one month or longer, a 50% deposit of the tuition fee for that period is required in advance to reserve the spot.
9. Fee Increase
A 5% fee increase may occur annually. This helps us continue providing high-quality education and resources. Any fee increase will be communicated in advance.
