5. Class Schedule and Timings

Classes are scheduled according to the student's preferred time zone. Timings can be adjusted with prior notice, subject to teacher availability.

Once a class time is confirmed, we ask that you attend regularly. Consistency is important for progress.

6. Missed Classes

If you need to miss a class, please inform us in advance (at least 4 hours before the class). With sufficient notice, we will arrange a makeup class subject to teacher availability.

Classes missed without prior notice may not be eligible for a makeup class.

7. Teacher Changes

If a student is not comfortable with their assigned teacher, we will make reasonable efforts to switch to a different teacher. Availability may vary.

We reserve the right to change teachers if needed for scheduling, quality, or operational reasons.

8. Student Conduct

We expect all students and parents to communicate respectfully with our teachers and staff. Any form of abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of classes without refund.

9. Parental Supervision (For Minors)

We recommend that a parent or guardian be present nearby during the first few weeks of a young child's classes. This helps the child stay focused and ensures a safe learning environment.
